^{This extruder is used for PVC 75-250 pipe extrusion line. It consists of screw, barrel, driving motor, feeding system and vacuum exhausting system. It has two screws. The diameter of the screw is 65 and 132mm. They are made of 38CrMoAlA and adopts the treatment of Nitrided. Like the screw, the barrel is Nitrided treatment. The barrel has five heating control zones. The whole heating power of it is 36kw. Its cooling system is blower fan and the cooling power is 2.2kw. The type of the gear is Helical gears and the material is 20CrMnTi. Bearings are Chinese famous brand. It has an AC motor with power of 37kw. The motor power of the vacuum exhausting system is 2.2kw with three-phase asynchronous motor working method. The motor power of the feeding system is 0.55kw.}
